​April Seto is a partner who works in Dixon, CA. April provides comprehensive psychological educational evaluations, independent education evaluations, and can provide consultation services to support families with their child's learning needs.

April is passionate about serving the unique needs of children, teens, and young adults. As a mother and a school psychologist, April created Seto Educational Services with the goal to support others in navigating the complicated educational system. Her goal is to bridge others in a way that is creative and compassionate, so that those who are in need receive support that is practical, honest, and equitable.

The mission of the California Speech-Language-Hearing Association is ​to foster excellence in the professions of speech-language pathology and audiology through education, advocacy and collaboration in partnership with the increasingly diverse population we serve.

North Bay Regional Center is one of 21 Regional Centers for persons with developmental disabilities in California. Started as a grass roots movement, Regional Centers were originally established to assist persons with intellectual disabilities — and their families — in identifying and developing services and programs within their communities that help them lead more independent lives. We are proud to be partnered with them to provide services to their clients under the age of 3.
