What makes your CF program different? +

How does the pre-screened placement process work? +
Before you commit to any placement, you'll know the school, the caseload size, the support structure, and what you're walking into. We don't surprise you with placements. You make an informed decision with all the information upfront.
Can I switch between school and clinic settings? +
We don't have clinic openings right now, but we're building for the future. If you start in schools and want to transition to clinic when positions open, we work with you to make it happen. Flexibility is part of how we operate.
What's the part-time / flexible option? +
Our flexible positions pay $65-$85/hour depending upon assignment and include a mix of work: IEE evaluations, school + clinic assessments, CF mentorship, and SLPA supervision. These positions require availability during school hours but offer more variety than a traditional caseload.
Is summer work really paid separately? +
Yes. Your school year salary ($88,800-$118,000) covers the 185-day school year. Summer work, vacation coverage, and extra assignments are paid on top of that — it's additional income, not part of your base salary.
What's the 12-month pay option? +
School-based positions work 185 days per year, but if you prefer consistent paychecks, we can spread your annual salary across 12 months. You earn the same amount — just distributed evenly so you're paid during summer and breaks.
What areas do you serve? +
We have school-based positions throughout Sacramento, Solano, and Yolo Counties — including Vacaville, Davis, Fairfield, Woodland, West Sacramento, Dixon, Winters, and Suisun City. Our clinic is located in Dixon.
