It depends on the setting. School-based positions typically have 35-45 students. Clinic positions have a lower caseload with more individual attention. We don't overload our therapists — that's how we keep people.
Yes. We have a structured CF mentorship program. You'll be paired with an experienced CCC-SLP who provides direct observation, regular feedback, and guidance through the entire fellowship. We cover your ASHA application fees.
