A Typical Day

Is there a leadership track?

Yes. We have real leadership roles — CF supervisor, clinical lead, program director. These aren't just titles. You'll shape clinical programs, mentor new therapists, and influence the direction of our practice. We actively develop leadership paths for experienced therapists.

Can I mentor CFs?

Absolutely — and we hope you will. Our CF program depends on experienced clinicians who can guide the next generation. If you're interested in supervision, we'll support you with the training and time you need to do it well. There's a leadership stipend for mentor roles.

What's the caseload for senior SLPs?

We keep caseloads manageable at every level. As a senior therapist, you may also have time allocated for mentoring, evaluations, clinical consultation, or program development — we don't just pile on more students because you're experienced.

Is part-time available?

Yes. We understand that after 8+ years in the field, flexibility matters. We offer part-time options and modified schedules for experienced therapists who want to maintain balance while continuing to practice.

How does your practice handle burnout?

We take it seriously. Manageable caseloads, documentation time built into your day, no surprise overtime, a supportive team, and leadership that actually listens. Many of our senior therapists came to us specifically because they were burned out elsewhere. They stayed because the culture is different here.

What specializations do you support?

We support a wide range — feeding therapy, apraxia, AAC, autism, early intervention, and more. We'll work with you to align your caseload with your specialization and provide CEU reimbursement and conference attendance for ongoing growth in your area of expertise.

What locations are available?

We serve Dixon, Vacaville, Fairfield, Davis, West Sacramento, Woodland, and Winters. We'll work with you to find a placement that fits your commute and professional interests, including both school-based and clinic settings.
