Absolutely — and we hope you will. Our CF program depends on experienced clinicians who can guide the next generation. If you're interested in supervision, we'll support you with the training and time you need to do it well. There's a leadership stipend for mentor roles.
We keep caseloads manageable at every level. As a senior therapist, you may also have time allocated for mentoring, evaluations, clinical consultation, or program development — we don't just pile on more students because you're experienced.
Yes. We understand that after 8+ years in the field, flexibility matters. We offer part-time options and modified schedules for experienced therapists who want to maintain balance while continuing to practice.
