Here's what your schedule actually looks like during your fellowship.
You're paired with a named CCC-SLP supervisor from day one. They observe your sessions at least twice a week in the beginning, provide written and verbal feedback, and meet with you weekly to discuss your growth areas. As you gain confidence, the observation schedule adjusts — but the support never disappears.
You'll have a dedicated, named supervisor — not someone rotating in and out. They'll know your caseload, your goals, and your clinical style. Stacey, our founder, personally matches CFs with supervisors based on personality and clinical interests.
Your caseload starts smaller than a full therapist's and ramps up gradually over your first few months. We don't believe in throwing new clinicians into the deep end. You'll have time to learn documentation systems, build relationships, and find your rhythm.
Yes. We cover your ASHA CCC application fees, state licensure fees, and provide CEU reimbursement. You focus on your clinical growth — we handle the paperwork and costs.
Someone is always available. Your supervisor, a colleague, or Stacey herself. We're a small enough team that you can walk down the hall or send a quick text and get real-time support. You're never left alone wondering what to do.
