We hire you. You're our W-2 employee with full benefits, PTO, and job security. We place you in schools, but you work for us. The "consulting" refers to the service we provide to families and schools — expert speech therapy consultation. Not shuffling therapists around.

School-based caseloads are capped at 25-35 students — not the 60+ you might be used to. We believe quality over quantity. You'll actually have time to plan, document, and make a real difference with each student. For clinic positions, you'll have a manageable daily schedule with time between sessions.

Yes — 100%. All indirect time is compensated at your hourly rate. IEP meetings, documentation, parent conferences, planning — it's all work, and you get paid for it. No more staying late "off the clock" or working through lunch to catch up on paperwork.

Absolutely! We love working with CFs. You'll get real mentorship — not just supervision on paper. Weekly check-ins, help organizing your caseload, and an open door to call or text when you need guidance. And you start at $88,800 — no "CF discount."

Before you commit to any school placement, you'll know the school, the caseload size, the support structure, and what you're walking into. We don't surprise you with placements. You make an informed decision with all the information upfront.

Yes. We understand that your needs change over time. If you start in schools and want to transition to clinic (or vice versa), we work with you to make it happen. We also provide training if you're making the switch.

School-based positions work 185 days per year, but if you prefer consistent paychecks, we can spread your annual salary across 12 months. You earn the same amount — just distributed evenly so you're paid during summer and breaks.

We have school-based positions throughout Sacramento, Solano, and Yolo Counties — including Vacaville, Davis, Fairfield, Woodland, West Sacramento, Dixon, Winters, and Suisun City. Our clinic is located in Dixon.
