About this role
Speech Therapy Consulting (STC) is hiring a Clinical Fellow / New Grad SLP. This is a full-time, W-2 role built around real Clinical Fellowship supervision and a protected caseload during your CF year.
This role is based in Suisun City, one of the eight cities named on STC's careers landing page FAQ as part of the recruitment footprint.
What you get
- W-2 employment with 80% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision from day one.
- 15 days PTO.
- ASHA dues paid and California SLP licensing fees covered.
- Documentation, IEP writing, and planning time are paid — indirect hours are not unpaid.
- 12-month pay spread available on the 185-day school calendar.
The work
Caseload is structured for learning: starts at 30 and capped at 40 during the CF year. The landing page contrasts this with "most districts give CFs 60+ from day one."
CF supervision is included (not billed back to you). Your supervisor is Dr. Lisa Martinez, CCC-SLP, who has 15+ years of clinical experience. Cohorts are capped at 4 CFs so supervision stays actually 1:1.
Mentorship structure is explicit: weekly 1:1 check-ins, bi-weekly cohort meetings, and an open-door policy — you can text or call your supervisor anytime.
Last cohort outcomes: 100% PRAXIS pass rate and 100% post-CF retention.
Salary range: $78000–$92000 annually (full-time, W-2).

About Speech Therapy Consulting, Inc.
Speech Therapy Consulting, Inc.
Speech Therapy Consulting, Inc. is a California-based speech-language pathology practice that hires the way we wish someone had hired us. Clinicians get real supervision, fair caseloads, and a leadership team that still sees patients.
We run pediatric clinics, school contracts, and home-health caseloads across Northern California — and we staff them with SLPs who stay because the work is good, not because we trapped them in a non-compete.

Frequently asked questions
How long does the application process take?
Most candidates hear back within three business days of applying. After a 20-minute intro call, we schedule a working conversation with the clinical lead — usually wrapped up inside two weeks from first contact to offer.
Will I hear back if my application isn't a fit?
Yes. Every applicant receives a direct reply — a yes, a no, or a 'not right now, here's why.' We read every application ourselves; no ghosting.
Can I apply to multiple roles?
Absolutely. If more than one posting looks like a fit, apply to whichever resonates most — we review candidates holistically and will surface other openings that match your background during the first call.
