Elk Grove Unified is California's fifth-largest district — caseload volume is real, but so is the SpEd infrastructure, and our growing Elk Grove pediatric clinic network picks up the kids who age out of district services.
CF days run out of our Elk Grove-area pediatric clinic — 1:1 and small-group sessions, 8am to 4:30pm, primarily ages 3-12. CF caseloads start at 30 and cap at 40 so you have real time to plan, document, and run goal-review meetings. No push-in and no site-to-site drives during your CF year — you're in one place learning the job properly.

Requirements
Required
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an ASHA-accredited program (CAA)
- Current California SLP provisional license, or application submitted to the CA Speech-Language Pathology & Audiology Board (we reimburse the application fee)
- Eligible to begin your Clinical Fellowship — passed the Praxis in Speech-Language Pathology (test code 5331) or have a Praxis date scheduled within 60 days of start
- DOJ/FBI Live Scan fingerprint clearance, TB clearance within 12 months, current CPR certification (we reimburse renewal)
